Argumentatividade e genêros discursivos : um estudo das expressões anafóricas na crônica jornalística

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho se propõe a examinar as expressões anafóricas no gênero discursivo crônica jornalística. Considerando a dificuldade de os leitores/alunos chegarem à leitura proficiente e à produção textual, a pesquisa sobre referenciação vem sanar, em certa medida, esses entraves. Este estudo se baseia na perspectiva de que a referenciação é um processo discursivo de reconstrução do real. O objetivo deste trabalho de pesquisa consiste em mostrar, no gênero discursivo em questão, a função das expressões anafóricas, não só na organização textual mas também como mecanismos de argumentação. A metodologia adotada caracteriza esse gênero discursivo e, num segundo momento, analisa as expressões anafóricas verificadas em seis crônicas em relação à construção da coesão e da coerência e, sobretudo, a sua função argumentativa. Quanto aos resultados, as análises apontam a crônica como um instrumento importante para se detectarem aspectos contextuais das atividades sociocognitivas de linguagem, num universo sociocultural e histórico. Em relação às anafóricas, observaram-se os três tipos: diretas correferenciais, indiretas e encapsuladoras. As diretas correferenciais não constituem um tipo paradigmático de uso ao se pensar no seu emprego estratégico e enriquecedor do discurso. Já as indiretas além de facilitarem a compreensão mostram-se necessárias tanto ao mantenimento do tema quanto à progressão textual. As encapsuladoras têm caráter resumitivo mas também se caracterizam como predicativas. O encapsulamento pode apresentar um valor axiológico tanto pela ocorrência de um nome-núcleo como de um adjetivo no SN. A identificação do introdutor referencial permite o reconhecimento de que anáfora e referência não coincidem quanto à significação. As expressões nominais que compõem as anáforas representam, nesse gênero, as escolhas lexicais estrategicamente postas em curso pelo autor. As anáforas denotam um processo amplo de avaliações incessantes e tomadas de posição que atestam o projeto argumentativo de dizer. A compreensão da anáfora, inserida no universo da referenciação, amplia a capacidade de leitura.

Abstract: Abstract: The paper has the scope to make an analysis of the anaphoric expressions at the discursive genre called journalist chronic. Considering the difficulty of the readers students to reach a proficient reading and a textual production, the research around refentiation came to save, in a certain way, such problems. This study is based on the perspective that referentiation is a discursive process of real rebuilding. The scope of this research paper consists in showing, at the discursive genre in subject, the function of anaphoric expressions, not only at the textual organization but as argumentation mechanisms too. The adopted methodology makes the characterization of such discursive genre and, at a second stage, to analyze the anaphoric expressions verified on six chronics in relation to the construction of cohesion and coherence and, overall, to the argumentative function. In relation to results, the analysis is pointing chronics as an important tool to permit detection of contextual aspects at social cognitive activities of language, on a socio-cultural and historic universe. Three types of anaphor were found: direct co-referential, indirect and encapsulation. The first type does not constitute a pradigmatic type of use thinking on their strategic use and speech improver. The indirect anaphor beyond facilitating the comprehension were shown necessary to the theme maintenance as well as to the textual progression. The encapsulations have summarized behavior but also are characterized as predicative. Their action can present an axiological value causes by appearance of a nucleus-name or by an adjective at the nominal syntagm (NS). The identification of the referential introductory permits the knowing that anaphor and reference are not identified between them in terms of sigification. The nominal expressions which constitute the anaphor are representing, in this genre, the lexical choices strategically put in course by the author voice. The anaphors are denoting a wide process of incessant evaluations and taken of positions which guarantees the argumentative project of saying. The anaphor comprehension, within the referentiation universe, is able to increase the reading capacity.
