Abstract: | The economical competitiveness increased the use of instruments of socket management decisions that makes possible fast and efficient actions, with it the company can maintain it participation in the global market. An effective administration of the information, financial or economical, could help the company to obtain the maximum of effectiveness. In that context, it was studied the use of the Controller in the administration process, assisting the planning and control of a company of telecommunications services. For that, was made a bibliographical and exploratory research allied with case study, trying to show the importance of this area in a company. In this way it was concluded that Controller is responsible to consolidate and to measure the results of the company, assisting the managers in the socket of decisions, supplying important information through the creation of elaborated reports that help the managers to improve their results and with that helps the company reaches its objectives in a effectiveness way. |
