Abstract: Organizations seek more and more ways to improve their performance and for that, they outsource to companies that have a quality, environment and occupational health and safety management, arguing that the deployment of these systems contributes to the development of the quality of their products and services while promoting the protection of the environment and social aspects, including those covering or relating to its employees. It presented the process and the results obtained with the implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS) that are related to Quality, Environmental Management and Safety and Occupational Health Management, in a service company, located in the Vale do Paraíba Paulista, Sao Paulo State. For this, there was literature, exploratory and documental research, combined with the descriptive case study of a service company, when was found that the IMS implementation became a strategic contribution to the survival of the company, making it more competitive, profitable and in line with the requirements of quality, environment and safety.
