dc.description.abstract | This study was to identify the sleep complaints of nurses in shift work and night. Methodology: The type of research was exploratory and descriptive, with quantitative approach. The experiment was collected with questionnaires. in a sample of 239 nurses. Data were collected through the Questionnaire Sample Identification, Quality Index and the Pittsburgh Sleep Questionnaire Chronotype of Horne and Ostberg For data analysis we used the program Excel. Minitab software and V 15. Results: In the sample studied: the female sex was predominant (90.79%), the average age was between 20 and 29 (42.68%), and 44.77% were married. With regard to working hours, it was observed that 67.36% work during the day. The quality of sleep, with 83.26% level bad. The diurnal moderately morning type was 41.42%, followed by the indifferent type, 37.24%. | en |
