Reflexos da aglomeração produtiva no município de Pontalina e seus indicadores de desenvolvimento

Abstract

Resumo: O presente estudo objetiva analisar os indicadores socioeconômicos (emprego, renda, educação e saúde) da aglomeração produtiva no município de Pontalina (GO). Para tanto, foi feito um estudo das aglomerações produtivas avaliando os indicadores socioeconômicos e a percepção da sua influência nos aspectos sociais, como emprego e renda, apresentando ainda a distinção entre desenvolvimento e crescimento. Para a obtenção dos dados foram consultados os indicadores IDH, IFDM e o índice Gini no período de 2005 a 2015. A pesquisa utiliza fontes documentais. Os indicadores comprovados pelo índice Gini foram tratados de forma quantitativa, comparando-os por meio de estatística simples e interpretação qualitativa. A partir dos dados coletados construiu-se uma análise baseada nos objetivos pretendidos. Os dados coletados e confrontados com o referencial teórico apontam que o setor de confecção é constituido por uma aglomeração de empresas em seu estágio inicial de interação, com grande potencial de tornar-se um APL. Para melhor compreensão acerca do tema buscou-se caracterizar as tipologias apresentadas na literatura. Os resultados encontrados sugerem que ocorreu desenvolvimento local ocasionado pela melhoria dos indicadores socioeconômicos da população de Pontalina (GO), em especial no que se refere ao aumento do número de empregos e renda, redução de pessoas pobres, aumento da população atendida com água encanada, atendimento de quase toda a população com energia elétrica e coleta de lixo. Os argumentos para tal afirmação têm suporte nas teorias apresentadas no estudo.

T he present study aims to analyze the socioeconomic indicators (employment, income, education and health) of the productive agglomeration in the municipality of Pontalina in the State of Goiás - Brazil. For that, a study was carried out on productive agglomerations, evaluating the socioeconomic indicators and the perception of the influence of the social aspects as employment and income of the object city in study, also presenting the distinction between development and growth. In order to obtain the data, the indicators of HDI, IFDM and Gini index were consulted in the period from 2005 to 2015. The research uses documentary sources and data, verified through the Gini index, indicators of Human Development Index and FIRJAN Development Index Were treated in a quantitative manner by comparing indices using simple statistics and the interpretation was qualitative. From the data collected, the analysis was constructed, based on the intended objectives. The analysis of the data collected and confronted with the theoretical reference point indicates that the clothing sector deals with agglomeration of companies in their initial stage of interaction with great potential to become an APL. For a better understanding about the theme, we sought to characterize the typologies presented in the literature. The results suggest that local development occurred due to the improvement of the socioeconomic indicators of the population of Pontalina (GO), especially in relation to the increase in the number of jobs and income, reduction of poor people, increase in the population served with piped water, service almost all of the population of electric power and garbage collection. The arguments for such an assertion are supported by the theories presented in the study.
