Extensão universitária e desenvolvimento : um estudo sobre o centro clínico de fisioterapia do Unicerrado

Abstract

Resumo: A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo geral analisar as influências do programa de Extensão Universitária do Centro Clínico de Fisioterapia do UniCerrado, na percepção dos pacientes atendidos, estagiários e gestores, no âmbito da atenção primária à saúde e ensino superior em fisioterapia, para contribuir ao desenvolvimento social, na cidade de Goiatuba Goiás.Foi relevante discutir os principais conceitos de extensão universitária, além disso, com base no Plano Nacional de Extensão Universitária proposto para as instituições de ensino superior brasileiras, compreender as influências do Programa de Extensão oferecido pelo curso de Bacharelado em Fisioterapia, mantido pelo UniCerrado, como uma variável para o desenvolvimento social;Para isso, foi-se considerada a visão dos gestores, dos estagiáriosmatriculados no 9º (nono) período do Curso de Bacharelado em Fisioterapia e doscidadãospacientesdosserviços.O estudo foi caracterizado como abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, realizada por meio de questionários e entrevistasdirigidos e aplicados aos pacientes,estudantes e aos gestores do UniCerrado e doCentro Clínico de Fisioterapia. Participaram da pesquisa 84 (oitenta e quatro, entre os que responderam aos questionários e os que foram entrevistados),sendo 70 (setenta) pacientes, 11 (onze) estudantes e 3 (três) integrantes da equipedegestoresdoUniCerrado, no âmbito tático e estratégico.Para a análise quantitativa foi utilizado o Pacote Estatístico G* Power 3.1.7e na qualitativa, utilizou-se a técnica de análise temática.Os achados contribuem para fortalecer a importância dos atendimentos prestado pelo CCF para a melhoria na qualidade de vida da comunidade, bem como para o fortalecimento do ensino, extensão e campo de estágio.Os principais resultados obtidos na presente pesquisa permitem a afirmar que a Educação, ensino superior de fisioterapia, voltada para a atenção primária à saúde, a partir da integração das ações entre IES, comunidade e poder público, via projetos de extensão, podem contribuir para o Desenvolvimento Social da cidade de Goiatuba Goiás.

Abstract: The present research had as general objective to analyze the influences of the University Extension Program of the Clinical Center of Physiotherapy of UniCerrado, in the perception of the assisted patients, interns and managers, in the scope of basic health care and higher education in physiotherapy, to contribute to the development from the city of Goiatuba, Goiás. It was relevant to discuss the main concepts of university extension, including, based on the National University Extension Plan proposed for Brazilian higher education institutions, to understand the influences of the Extension Program offered by the Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy, maintained by UniCerrado, as a variable for social development; For this, in the view of the managers, interns enrolled in the 9th (ninth) period of the Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy and patients who were citizens of the services were considered. The study was characterized as a quantitative and qualitative approach, carried out through questionnaires and interviews directed and applied to patients, students and managers at UniCerrado and at the Clinical Physiotherapy Center. Eighty-four (84) participants participated in the research, including those who answered the questionnaires and those interviewed, 70 (seventy) patients, 11 (eleven) students and 3 (three) members of the UniCerrado management team, in the tactical and strategic scope . For the quantitative analysis, the Statistical Package G * Power 3.1.7 was applied and, for the qualitative, the thematic analysis technique was used. The findings contribute to strengthen the importance of the services provided by the CCF to improve the quality of life of the community, as well as to strengthen teaching, extension and internships. The main results obtained in this research allow us to state that Education, teaching in a faculty of physiotherapy, with a focus on basic health care, from the integration of actions between the HEIs, the community and the government, through extension projects, can contribute to the Social Development of Brazil. city of GoiatubaGoiás.
