Literatura e construção de valores no ensino médio : uma proposta transdiciplinar de ensino a partir da temática amorosa

Abstract

Resumo: Partindo do pressuposto que a educação emocional e a construção de valores são temas essenciais para a educação contemporânea, este trabalho tem como objetivo oferecer uma proposta transdiciplinar de ensino de Literatura visando ao desenvolvimento de valores de alunos do Ensino Médio. Acredita-se que a Literatura, dado o seu potencial humanizador, permite profícuas reflexões em sala de aula a respeito de valores, favorecendo a educação emocional dos alunos. Nesse sentido, essa iniciativa se justifica uma vez que se observa uma amplka crise moral nos tempos atuais. A escola não deve se furtar de discutir essa questão, mas sim viabilizar alternativas pedagógicas para a construção de uma realidade social mais justa, humana e solidária. Fez-se necessário especificar um tema para a seleçãodos textos literários escolhidos para a proposta, viabilizando, com maior eficácia, a discussão pretendida sobre valores. Desse modo, escolheu-se a temática amorosa, por ser um dos temas mais significativos ao universo adolescente. De fato, a necessidade de verbalizar as experiências amorosas é um ponto crucial para o estudante de Ensino Médio, pois é nessa fase que o jovem descobre gradativamente a sua sexualidade e passa a viver os seus primeiros (des)encontros sentimentais, sentindo a necessidade de explicitar aquilo que é experimentado afetivamente. Assim, partir do interesse do jovem e oferecer voz a ele em sala de aula constituem pontos centrais deste trabalho. Do ponto de vista teórico, os estudos Vygotskyanos sobre cognição e afetividade, bem como as contribuições de Piaget sobre moralidade fundamentam esta proposta. O romance "Senhora" de José de Alencar foi escolhido como eixo para a orgasnização das atividades sugeridas, e a sequencia de leitura expandida proposta por Cosson (2014) foi utilizada como modelo didático. Trata-se de atividades que contemplam leituras, discussões e reflexões a partir da literatura, possibilitando a fruição da leitura literária em sala de aula.

Abstract: Assuming that emotional education and the building of values are essential topics for the contemporary education, this paper aims to offer a transdisciplinary proposal in the teaching of Literature, regarding its humanizing potential, allows useful deliberation in the classroom concerning the values, which favors students' emotional education. In this aspect, this iniciative is justified once a widespread moral crisis is observed in modern times. The school should not be apart from this discussion but, on the contrary, it should make pedagogical alternatives viable for the construction of a more legitimate, human and solidary social reality. The specification of a topic was made necessary for the selection of literary texts chosen for this current proposal, qualifying, with greater efficiency, the aimed discussion about values. This way, the loving theme was chosen, for it is one of the most significant topics in the adolescentuniverse. Actually, the need of verbalizing love experiences is a crucial point for the High School student, because it is during this stage that the young gradually finds out about his sexuality and experiments his first sentimental (mis)matches, feeling the urge to put into words what is affectively experienced. Thus, taking the young interest and giving him the voice in the classroom are the main points of this paper. From the theoretical point of view, the Vygotskyanos studies about cognition and affection as well as Piaget's contributions about morality make the foundation of this proposal. The novel "Senhora" by José de Alencar was chosen as the key element for the organization of the proposed activities and the reading sequence expanded, proposed by Cosson (2014), was used as a didactical model. It is about activities which praise readings, discussions andthinking from the Literature, making the accomplishment of literary reading in the classroom possible.
