Liderança = um estudo bibliométrico na base de dados Scopus nos últimos cinco anos

Abstract

Resumo: A liderança é observada no constructo científico como um crescente e importante campo de contínuos estudos. O estudo se propõe a responder a seguinte questão: qual o estado da arte, nacional e internacional, sobre a atuação da liderança nos últimos cinco anos? Com o objetivo mais abrangente de identificar o que tem sido publicado nacional e internacionalmente acerca do tema liderança, nos últimos cinco anos, a partir de publicações na base de dados Scopus, tendo como objetivos específicos, identificar as principais temáticas relacionadas, principais autores, apontar as principais universidades que publicam sobre o tema, quais países mais publicam, constatar as áreas de maior publicação sobre o tema e apontar as fontes que mais financiam as publicações. Como método a utilização da extração bibliométrica através da rede de dados Scopus associada ao software VOSviewer, e o aprofundamento em 10 artigos destacados como principais à temática, favoreceu o estudo tanto quantitativo e qualitativo, observada a liderança frente as produções científicas. O mapeamento da palavra-chave "liderança" visualizando os dados bibliométricos das principais atividades apresentadas nas humanidades digitais, e se utilizando da análise de dados a partir da utilização do software VOSviewer. Foi possível estabelecer, a partir da literatura, no sentido de abranger a construção de redes de relacionamento vinculados a temática, os resultados destacados: (i) nos últimos 5 anos houve um aumento progressivo no número de publicações relacionados ao tema, destacando o ano de 2018 com considerável aumento de 62,82% em relação ao ano de 2011; (ii) o Leadership And Organization Development Journal é a fonte que mais tem publicações relacionadas ao tema; (iii), Phillip Hallinger, o autor que mais se destaca com suas contribuições científicas; (iv) a universidade e países que mais contribuíram com artigos neste período e as áreas e agências de fomento que contribuíram com material acadêmico científico foram respectivamente a Erasmus University Rotterdam, localizada em Roterdã na Holanda, com 13,41% do total das pesquisas do referencial teórico e Estados Unidos com 1585, que perfazem 37,5% de um total de 4226 publicações entre outros países. Organizados os critérios que acoplam bibliograficamente e determinam os clusters (grupos) como fonte de aproximação do compartilhamento da palavra-chave liderança, destacaram-se veículos de publicação citados em comum, sugerindo o investimento no tema a proximidade de fontes estrangeiras. Houve relevância das redes interligadas a relacionamento e empregados, considerando vínculos com material científico relacionados ao tema, mudanças, estudos de casos, sistemas, escolas, entre outros, como contribuintes para o desenvolvimento das redes de contatos da liderança. Como resultado do estudo, observou-se as afiliações e os investimentos da área científica como crescente nos últimos 5 anos. Fontes, universidades e autores que produzem conhecimento sobre a temática, se apresentam como importantes apoiadores no desenvolvimento das lideranças.

Abstract: Leadership is observed in the scientific construct as a growing and important field of continuous study. The study proposes to answer the following question: what is the state of the art, national and international, about the leadership performance in the last five years? The most comprehensive objective was to identify what has been published nationally and internationally on the topic of leadership in the last five years from publications in the Scopus database, and the specific objectives, to identify the main related themes, main authors, point out the main universities that publish on the topic, survey which countries publish the most, note the areas of greatest publication on the topic, point out the sources that most fund publications. As a method the use of bibliometric extraction through the Scopus data network associated with VOSviewer software, and the deepening in 10 articles highlighted as main to the theme, favored both quantitative and qualitative study, observing the leadership in relation to scientific productions. The mapping of the keyword "leadership" visualizing the bibliometric data of the main activities presented in the digital humanities, and using data analysis from the use of VOSviewer software. It was possible to establish, from the literature, to include the construction of relationship networks linked to the theme, the highlighted results: (i) in the last 5 years there has been a progressive increase in the number of publications related to the theme, highlighting the year of 2018 with a considerable increase of 62.82% compared to the year 2011; (ii) The Leadership And Organization Development Journal is the source with the most publications related to the theme; (iii) Phillip Hallinger, the most outstanding author with his scientific contributions. (iv) the university and countries that contributed the most articles in this period and the areas and funding agencies that contributed scientific academic material were respectively Erasmus University Rotterdam, located in Rotterdam in the Netherlands, with 13.41% of the total research from the theoretical framework, and the United States with 1585, which make up 37.5% of a total of 4226 publications among other countries. Organized the criteria that coupled bibliographically and determine the clusters as a source of approximation of the sharing of the keyword leadership, stood out publications vehicles cited in common, suggesting the investment in the theme the proximity of foreign sources. There was relevance of networks linked to relationships and employees, considering links with scientific material related to the theme, changes, case studies, systems, schools, among others, as contributors to the development of leadership contact networks. As a result of the study, scientific affiliations and investments have been increasing over the past 5 years. Sources, universities and authors who produce knowledge on the subject, are important supporters of leadership development.
