A inclusão de pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho = uma revisão sistemática da literatura

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho se baseia na investigação do vínculo entre as pessoas que possuem algum tipo de deficiência e as realidades de trabalho que elas acabam tendo acesso na sociedade atual. Possui o intuito de compreender as circunstâncias da inclusão dessas pessoas no mercado de trabalho, suas condições e, principalmente, como ela é retratada e está caracterizada no conjunto literário, em artigos nacionais e internacionais nos últimos cinco anos. Para isso, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura, sendo analisados artigos científicos completos e disponíveis na base de dados eletrônicos do LILACS (Li-teratura LatinoAmericana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), no SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) e PEPSIC (Periódicos Eletrônicos em Psicologia) no período de 2014 a 2019, a fim de garantir a coleta de fontes diversas a respeito do assunto. Os trinta artigos coletados foram analisados qualitativamente e quantitativamente. Os dados obtidos através da busca virtual foram tabulados pelo programa Microsoft Excel versão 2019 e receberam tratamento estatístico e de análise de conteúdo, adotando a abordagem mista para esta pesquisa. A análise dos artigos ocorreu quantitativamente com relação aos dados cientométricos e metodológicos, com relação ao ano de publicação, área de atuação dos profissionais, área da revista, região do estudo, população, abordagem, delineamento e instrumentos utilizados. Na análise qualitativa analisou-se os dados com relação aos objetivos dos artigos, conclusão e tendências futuras. Os resultados encontrados na pes-quisa apontam para a pouca escolarização das pessoas com deficiência, pouca contratação das pessoas com deficiência, a dificuldade de se estabelecer um ambiente inclusivo nas empresas e a necessidade de mais políticas públicas para auxiliar no processo.

Abstract: The present work is based on the investigation of the relation between people who have some kind of disability and the realities of the job that they eventually have access to in today's society. It seeks to understand the circumstances of the inclusion of these people in the labor market, their conditions and, especially, how it is portrayed and char-acterized in the literary set, in national and international articles in the last five years. For this, a systematic literature review was performed and full scientific articles available in the electronic database of LILACS (Literatura LatinoAmericana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), in SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online) and PEPSIC (Periódicos Eletrônicos em Psicologia) from 2014 to 2019, in order to ensure the gathering of multiple sources on the subject. The thirty articles collected were analyzed qualitatively and quan-titatively. The data obtained through the virtual search were tabulated by the Microsoft Excel (2019 version) program and received statistical treatment and content analysis, adopting the mixed approach for this research. The articles analysis happened quantita-tively in relation to the scientometric and methodological data, in relation to the year of publication, professional's area, journal's area, region of the study, population, approach, design and instruments used. In the qualitative analysis the data were analyzed in relation to the objectives of the articles, conclusion and future trends. The results founded in the research point to the poor scholarity of people with disabilities, the low hiring of people with disabilities, the difficulty of establishing an inclusive environment in companies and the need for more public policies to assist the process.
