O vínculo mãe-bebê = Uma revisão integrativa de literatura

Abstract

Resumo: A presente pesquisa pretendeu promover conhecimento acerca do vínculo materno estabelecido nas primeiras interações mãe-bebê, buscando compreensão dos fatores interferem diretamente na formação desse vínculo e as características que permeiam essa relação. Teve como objetivo geral compreender como se desenvolve e quais os benefícios do estabelecimento saudável do vínculo mãe-bebê a partir das interações iniciais, desde a gestação até os primeiros meses de vida do bebê. Foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica por meio do método de revisão integrativa, com a análise crítica e comparação de dados de pesquisas realizadas nos domínios virtuais acadêmicos e científicos SCIELO, BVS e PORTAL CAPES. O estudo foi delimitado por publicações na íntegra, disponíveis eletronicamente, em português, cujos resultados privilegiassem aspectos diretamente relacionados ao tema da pesquisa, sendo excluídos os editoriais, cartas ao editor, dissertações, teses e relatos de experiência. Resultando em 15 artigos que foram analisados. Resultados encontrados evidenciaram que, de maneira geral, a vivência do pré-natal estimula o vínculo mãe-bebê e que os seguintes fatores são fundamentais para o fortalecimento de um vínculo saudável entre a díade: o acolhimento humanizado dos profissionais da saúde na hora do parto e pós-parto, amamentação e contato pele a pele mãe-bebê. Foi identificado também que o nascimento de um bebê prematuro pode acarretar traumas e que a vivência da depressão pode influenciar negativamente na formação do vínculo materno e no desenvolvimento do bebê. O não desenvolvimento de um vínculo saudável entre mãe- bebê pode representar riscos no desenvolvimento da criança. Pode-se concluir que o estabelecimento do vínculo mãe-bebê terá como base as interações iniciais com a mãe, tendo início desde a gestação e percorrendo os primeiros meses de vida do bebê. Contudo, fatores biológicos, afetivos e sociais aos quais a mãe e o bebê estão envolvidos poderão ser determinantes na promoção de um vínculo saudável e determinante para o desenvolvimento do bebê.

Abstract: This research aimed to promote knowledge about mother-baby bond established in first interactions, seeking to comprehend the factors that directly affect this bond development and the characteristics that permeate this relationship. Its general objective was to understand how the bond is developed and which are the benefits of a healthy bond establishment between mother and baby through initial interactions, from pregnancy to the baby's first months of life. It was performed a bibliographic research through integrative review method, with critical analysis and comparison of others researches details carried out in the academic and scientific virtual domains SCIELO, BVS and CAPES PORTAL. The study was delimited by full articles and publications, electronically available, in Portuguese, whose results favored aspects directly, related to the researched theme, being excluded the editorials, letters to the editor, dissertations, theses and experience reports. Resulting in fifteen articles that were analyzed . Results showed that, in general, the prenatal experience stimulates the mother-baby bond and that the following factors are fundamental for strengthening a healthy bond between the dyad: the humanized response of health professionals at the time of birth and postpartum, breastfeeding and skin-to-skin mother-baby contact. It was also identified that premature baby birth can cause trauma and the experience of depression can negatively influence the formation of mother-baby bond and the baby’s development. The failure development of a healthy mother-baby bond can represent risks to the child's development. It can be concluded that the establishment of the mother-baby bond will be based on the initial interactions with the mother, starting from pregnancy and going through the baby's first months of life. However, biological, affective and social factors to which the mother and baby are may be determinant in promoting a healthy and determining bond for the baby's development.
