Reforma trabalhista : desvantagens sobre a ótica do trabalhador

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o contexto da Reforma Trabalhista (Lei 13467/17) na visão do Trabalhador, em linhas gerais, as desvantagens sob a ótica do trabalhador ou ainda sua desigualdade na relação trabalhista, bem como tratar de alguns direitos legislados com base na Constituição Federal/88 e Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho/1943. Demonstrar de forma clara e objetiva a evolução e origem do direito do trabalho brasileiro. Abordando alguns direitos já conquistados a décadas, a exemplo do capítulo que trata sobre a jornada de trabalho e, as mudanças ocorridas com a reforma trabalhista, bem como, possíveis desvantagens, na visão dos trabalhadores e até mesmo de alguns doutrinadores-escritores, com abordagens e entendimentos doutrinários e jurisprudenciais considerados nos direitos fundamentais e garantias previstos na constituição federal.

Abstract: The present study aims to analyze the context of the Labor Reform (Law 13467/17) in the Worker's view, in general lines, the disadvantages from the worker's perspective or even their inequality in the labor relationship, as well as dealing with some rights legislated based on the Federal Constitution/88 and Consolidation of Labor Laws/1943. Clearly and objectively demonstrate the evolution and origin of Brazilian labor law. Addressing some rights already conquered for decades, such as the chapter that deals with the working hours and the changes that occurred with the labor reform, as well as possible disadvantages, in the view of workers and even some writers-doctors, with approaches and doctrinal and jurisprudential understandings considered in the fundamental rights and guarantees provided for in the federal constitution.
