Indústria 4.0 : a quarta revolução industrial

Abstract

Resumo: Este trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar bibliograficamente a evolução da indústria e os melhoramentos trazidos pela chamada Quarta Revolução Industrial ou Indústria 4.0, realizando um estudo sobre o que ela traz de inovações na indústria utilizando a tecnologia para facilitar e agilizar os processos de fabricação e logístico, atendo assim melhor seus clientes interno e externo, com cada vez mais qualidade e eficiência. Uma nova indústria que através de planejamento estratégico encontra a melhor forma da matéria-prima chegar até a indústria, a maneira mais rápida de produzir sem perdas e sem falhas garantindo a eficiência do processo, melhorando a entrega ao cliente e sua satisfação. Esse método vem sendo adotado em várias empresas ao redor do mundo, com ajuda da informatização e automação dos processos, utilizando a computação nas nuvens para integrar empresas em diversos locais do mundo e melhorar a interação entre fornecedor e cliente.

Abstract: This graduation work has as main objective to demonstrate bibliographically the evolution of the industry and the improvements brought by the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0, conducting a study of what it brings from innovations in the industry using technology to facilitate and streamline manufacturing and logistics processes, thus better serving its internal and external customers, with increasing quality and efficiency. A new industry that through strategic planning finds the best way for the raw material to reach the industry, the fastest way to produce without losses and without failures guaranteeing the efficiency of the process, improving the delivery to the customer and their satisfaction. This method has been adopted in several companies around the world, with the aid of computerization and process automation, using cloud computing to integrate companies in different locations around the world and improve the interaction between supplier and customer.
