Alienação parental : entendimento jurídico e efeitos no desenvolvimento psicossocial

Abstract

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar historicamente o desenvolvimento do direito de família e como seu papel foi se transformando durante os anos. Entender o surgimento da alienação parental e o motivo de ter se tornado tão comum nos dias atuais, mostrar quais as atitudes são consideradas alienação parental e a razão dos genitores colocarem ela no dia de seus filhos. Identificar qual o posicionamento jurídico sobre elas. Além de demonstrar o poder que a jurisdição brasileira tem, tornando a alienação parental um crime e as consequências que devem ser tomadas pelo Estado em casos de crianças que sofreram o sofrem de alienação. Ao final, é importante analisar os efeitos que a alienação parental pode deixar no desenvolvimento psicossocial da criança ou do adolescente.

Abstract: The present work has the objective to analyze the historically development of family law and how its role has changed over the years. Understand the emergence of parental alienation and why it has become so common nowadays, show which attitudes are considered parental alienation and the reason parents put it on their children's day. Identify the legal position on them. In addition to demonstrating the power that Brazilian jurisdiction has, making parental alienation a crime and the consequences that must be taken by the State in cases of children who have suffered or suffer from alienation. In the end, it is important to analyze the effects that parental alienation can leave on the psychosocial development of the child or adolescent.
