Indústria 4.0: desafios e tendências da era digital

Abstract

Resumo: Novas tecnologias estão surgindo e estão trazendo mudanças nas indústrias e na forma como a sociedade se relaciona. Vivencia-se uma evolução jamais vista antes e que com o passar dos anos, mais mudanças irão surgir, mudando a forma de produção e o relacionamento com o mundo. O foco desse trabalho é evidenciar as principais mudanças ocorridas na área da indústria, mostrando o surgimento das novas tecnologias que estão envolvidas com a nova Revolução Industrial e ressaltar o impacto delas na vida dos trabalhadores. Para isso foi feito uma breve pesquisa bibliográfica sobre as revoluções anteriores até a quarta Revolução Industrial também conhecida como Indústria 4.0 que já é uma realidade para algumas indústrias e parte da sociedade, mas ainda é preciso muito para que o seu potencial seja atingido. Com esse trabalho, foi possível concluir que a quara Revolução Industrial trouxe mudanças significativas dentro das industrias, pois, as novas tecnologias exigirão novas competências dos trabalhadores e, para a sociedade uma nova era está a caminho.

Abstract: New technologies are emerging and changing industries and the way society is related. We are experiencing an evolution never seen before, in the future new changes will appear, affecting our way of production and our relationship with the world. The focus of this work is to highlight the main changes that occurred in the industry, showing the emergence of new technologies that are involved with the new Industrial Revolution and their impact on the lives of workers. A brief bibliographic search was made on the previous revolutions up to the fourth Industrial Revolution, also known as Industry 4.0, which is already a reality for some industries and part of society, but it still takes a lot to reach its potential.
