Amamentação e desmame : informações divulgadas em podcast

Abstract

Resumo: Introdução: O desmame faz parte do processo de amamentação, é um processo natural e costuma ocorrer, gradativamente. É um período cheio de desafios, com estresse físico e emocional enfrentado pela puérpera, o que pode influenciar no início do aleitamento materno. Por esse motivo, o ato de amamentar vai além da questão biológica, e muitos fatores vão influenciar esse período. Objetivo: Avaliar a qualidade das informações divulgadas, em podcast, sobre o desmame e a amamentação através das análises de podcast publicados na BVS sobre amamentação e desmame, de acordo com o Ministério Saúde. Metodologia: Foi realizada uma revisão bibliografica integrativa e coleta de dados nas bases de dados eletronicas seguindo os criterios de inclusão e exclusão com filtros e seleção de artigos e podcasts para amostra. Foi utilizado a base de dados por meio de pesquisas dentro do portal Regional da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde - BVS, buscando pelo tema desmame. Resultados: Participaram dessa seleção 5 artigos para a complementação dos 4 podcasts escutados Conclusão: A partir do trabalho exposto, foi possivel constatar que o desmame precoce esta cada vez mais presente dentro da sociedade, principalmente depois que mulheres entraram no mercado, tendo assim dupla jornada de trabalho.

Abstract: Introduction: Weaning is part of the breastfeeding process, it is a natural process and usually occurs gradually. It is a period full of challenges, with physical and emotional stress faced by the postpartum woman, which can influence the beginning of breastfeeding. For this reason, the act of breastfeeding goes beyond biological issues, and many factors will influence this period. Objective: To evaluate the quality of information disseminated, in podcasts, about weaning and breastfeeding through podcast analyzes published in the VHL on breastfeeding and weaning, according to the Ministry of Health. Methodology: An integrative bibliographic review and data collection were carried out in electronic databases following the inclusion and exclusion criteria with filters and selection of articles and podcasts for sampling. The database was used through research within the Regional portal of the Virtual Health Library - VHL, searching for the topic of weaning. Results: 5 articles participated in this selection to complement the 4 podcasts listened to Conclusion: From the work presented, it was possible to verify that early weaning is increasingly present within society, especially after women entered the market, thus having double shifts of work.
