O impacto da aplicabilidade das normas para a valorização da mão de obra na construção civil em Campos do Jordão em 2020

Abstract

Resumo:Tendo em vista que o imenso crescimento no setor da indústria da construção civil no Brasil, traz consigo uma desigual discrepância quanto a distribuição do lucro dentre os profissionais da área, gera-se então a necessidade de averiguar a realidade dos trabalhadores, pesquisa-se sobre o impacto da aplicabilidade das normas para a valorização da mão de obra na construção civil em Campos do Jordão em 2020, a fim de descobrir se há um déficit, em teoria, da aplicação das normas no cotidiano. Para tanto, é necessário descrever as normas vigentes, elaborar um questionário e aplica lo na entrevista com trabalhadores da construção civil, criar gráficos e comparar as pesquisas bibliográfica documental com a pesquisa de levantamento. Realiza-se, então, uma pesquisa de finalidade básica estratégica, com abordagem quali quantitativa, realizada pelo método hipotético-dedutivo, com objetivos descritivo e exploratório, e executada por meio de levantamento em campo, bibliográfico e documental. Diante disso, verifica-se que a fiscalização é necessária para a real implementação das normas, pois se seguidas conforme a lei, alteram a vivência do profissional no serviço e por consequência em toda as demais áreas de sua vida, verificando que este é o impacto para a valorização da mão de obra.

Abstract: The expansion of the civil construction industry's sector in Brazil brings with it an unequal discrepancy regarding the profit distribution amongst professionals in the area, then it generates the need to ascertain the reality of workers, to research on the impact of the application of standards for the appreciation of labor in the construction area in Campos do Jordão in the year 2020, in order to find out if there is a deficit, in theory, in the application of regulations in everyday life. Therefore, it is necessary to describe the current standards, prepare a questionnaire and apply it in the interview with construction workers, create graphics and compare documentary bibliographic research with survey research. Then, a basic and strategic research is performed, with a quantitative approach, carried out by the hypothetical-deductive method, with descriptive and exploratory objectives, and carried out through field, bibliographic and documentary surveys. Through this information, it shows up that the supervision is required for the tangible implementation of standards, because if they are followed according to the law, they change the professional's experience in the service and consequently in all other areas of his life, verifying that this is the impact for the valorization of labor.
